an equity investment of $3.5 million by SOFTBANK Technology Ventures,
the venture capital arm of SOFTBANK Corporation in Japan and Genesis
Partners, a CIBC Oppenheimer affiliate. The capital infusion will
support the launch of AGENTics first product, a unique self-service
purchasing solution poised to capture significant market share due
to its proprietary Virtual-Catalog platform which provides real-time
access to multiple vendorsí on-line catalogs as though they were
one, unified catalog.
